There are two of us: Mélanie and Paul. Mélanie was an independent teacher for several years in Paris and is now the owner of a studio in Nantes (France). Paul is a CTO at a company in Nantes and the developer of Purple Slot.
By keeping a small team and staying independent from investors, we can avoid the profitability constraints of bigger software. We have low operating costs and don't need much to be profitable. The studios we work with allow us to offer a free plan to independent instructors and support the ecosystem as a whole.
We help you with the initial setup if you want. Afterwards, you have access to direct phone support with the technical team, as well as email assistance, including for users on the free plan.
Yes, we handle importing your customer data, subscriptions, and booking history.
No worries, your platform will keep running smoothly. If this happens for several months, a paid subscription will be required.
